Cycled to Inverness for some shopping this afternoon. The Swiss workers were laying tar on the (East) cycle/footpath, and were all set up with their rails and tar laying machine for doing the Southbound carriageway. No doubt waiting for a good forecast, as they require to do the whole carriageway of the bridge in a oner.

There are still patches of snow on the distant mountain tops.
