Maleny Wood Expo

Maleny is a small town but when the annual Wood Expo is on people travel from far and wide to see just about everything you can think of that's made from wood plus a lot you never thought of. From delicate craft work to massive chain saw logging demonstrations, beautiful violoins, guitars and mandolins to flat pack chapels and homes.

Here's a view over part of the showgrounds this morning - I like the living wood-line of majestic trees against that oh-so-blue Queensland sky.
