Lullingstone Castle Gatehouse

After a morning of retail therapy with Mum in Orpington, I headed cross country towards Eynsford to find somewhere for a picnic lunch, and ended up in Lullingstone Country Park. After a short stroll along the Darenth Riverbank, we eventually settled on a tree trunk for our sandwiches, and enjoyed watching the various dog walkers and their dogs, most of which had clearly been swimming - the dogs that is!

Afterwards I left Mum enjoying the sunshine while I continued along the path until I reached Lullingstone Castle with its magnificent gatehouse. After a brief photo stop, I headed back along the path, collected Mum and we had an ice cream from the cafe before heading home via PC World
