Garden Decor

We took a ride to Pennsylvania today to a place where they make cast stone and concrete ornamental statues among many other things. This is the place where we have purchased many of the gargoyles we currently have. They have a huge selection of anything and everything you could want for your gardens. Fountains, planters, benches and birdbaths fill the property where you can walk around and browse at everything.
I got a few great items, which will definitely be future blips, but today I just took a random photo of the place as we were walking around. As you can see, there is no limit to the size of what they make here. These lions were huge and I cannot imagine how much they must weigh.
After we made our purchases, we stopped at a nice French restaurant for lunch. It was really good and I got a super tasting Belgium beer, which really hit the spot. On the way back to the car after lunch, we passed this great mural on the outside of the building’s wall. It was well done and used all sorts of tiles in a mosaic-like pattern to create the look of the town.
We made it home in time to pick up my granddaughter from the sitter and take her outside on the swings for a little while before dinner. It was a breezy day but sunny. Tomorrow I’ll place my new additions to the garden in their proper places.
