It's only 3p per minute

I bought a car park ticket at 5.35 p.m, and decided to stick to the rules, albeit slightly resentfully. Now I can just laugh at myself for momentarily calculating the risk of cheating the council - still slightly shocked at the claw-like appearance of that aged hand!! I am childishly pleased with the result.
