Blot on the landscape

Fleece over swedes. I suppose it's better than chemical sprays. I do hope the crop does not develop brown heart (unknown cause) as last year's crop did in the field in the foreground. At least it was used for sheep grazing and not just ploughed in, as the year before.

I have had a ridiculously busy week and got behind with blip comments (internet is fine now - fingers crossed) and I am away this weekend visiting my son (to celebrate my 60th), brother (65 tomorrow) and my mum (90 last February - party postponed), so opportunities for blipping comments might be limited.
