Thursdays

I love Thursdays. They are my Friday. Tradition has it that we have Asda pizza on a Thursday night, followed by a tempting pud. Of course I've been off refined sugar for the past nine days, so I was looking forward to this pud tonight, the first time I've had anything like this since last Tuesday. Actually I didn't enjoy it at all and could go finish it. Good result!
