Quite a surprise this one! As you can see the Swan already has blood on it's head so I think it had decided that one fight was enough?
The Swan certainly took a swipe from the Heron and decided to take another route.
The Heron was intent on keeping his fishing spot.
This Swan partly swam and partly flew up over the Weir but his partner swam swiftly away in the opposite direction! Sensible Girl?
