Mayday; Anniemay/Mollymay challenge

I thought that this was going to be easy. Mayday ….. Help! …… The Beatles.

I can remember where I was when I first saw this film; Torquay and I was 18 years old. A mod in those days; I’d gone on a camping holiday with some mates on our scooters. It rained so we headed for the cinema.

I was just knocked out by the music; especially You’ve got to hide your love away and You’re gonna lose that girl. Almost knocked out when leaving the cinema - chased by a gang of Rockers through the town.

Anniemay knows all about semaphore (she used it in her Maths teaching). The Beatles are not signalling HELP, as I originally thought. I check on the internet.

Oh dear… I could be here for ages. Arguments range from secret messages, to some of the images being reversed, to them just standing in an ‘interesting pose’ for the photographer. So - no idea. Help!
