if you thought Milton Keynes was new
I’m at the Open University for a catch-up with an old colleague.
There are plenty of interesting (i.e., blipable) buildings on the campus - both old and new.
There’s been a church on the site since at least 1189, but the present structure dates from about 1350. The tower, added in 1400, is perpendicular and contains three bells rehung in 1638.
Now deconsecrated, the church is used by the Open University for concerts, meetings and exhibitions.
Thanks to everyone for their good wishes yesterday.
