At the car wash

I took mum's car to the 'Hand car wash' today, in anticipation that she may be able to drive it again before too long !!!

Charming, hard working guys that attack the car before you've even had a chance to turn off the engine.

A luxury that I can no longer afford for my own car, I was surprised that the 'boss' remembered me from more than 4 years ago. We talked about the good old days and the current hard times!

Washed, valeted and polished with blacked tyre walls all in 20 mins. Bravo guys! A good job well done. I gave them a generous tip from mum's pension that I'd withdrawn from the post office a few minutes earlier.

She would be furious, if she knew!!!
