It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

First day of the holidays - yipee!

Someone forgot to have a wee word with MP though, to remind her. As a result, I had a very early start to the day! However, every cloud has a silver lining and I managed to get some bits and pieces done to use the time well.

Met my sister for lunch and exchange of gifts. Had a wee shop for last minute things, but couldn't spend too long in town as I had only managed to scramble 90p change for the parking meter, from the coins lying around in the car and from my purse.

Came home and did a bit of shopping to support local trade, then took MP off for her second winter walk of the day. Talk about being excited! It is great having a black dog in the snow because you can walk late on in the afternoon and enjoy the sunset. Blip heaven!
