Light Made Visible

It rained most of the night. Though not heavy, it was accompanied by some strong winds. There was some residual sprinkling when I went out the door on my morning walk, and I mentally grumbled over that. A few minutes later I was profoundly grateful, because the rain had made my blip possible. It takes both rain and sun to make a rainbow. My first glimpse was a pale, small bow that rapidly became more brilliant. It never seemed to arc over the whole sky, but I was glad I captured it.
