Mystery Cattle

Where there was once an empty pasture, these cattle showed up -- then they were gone -- then they were back. I guess this is a field they get to graze in sometimes. Where else they go, who knows?

They definitely have different personalities. When I got out of my car to shoot this photo, some of the cows didn't like it --and they moooo-ved away. These three here were curious and actually came up to see what I was up to.
