Clean Vandalism?

Some pranksters thought it would be amusing to put soap in the downtown fountain. How would one clean up this mess without replacing all the water in the fountain?

The fountain was fine before we went into the play at Lamb's Players, but looked like this after suffering through Quilters. If you are female or of that persuasion, you may like Quilters. If you're a guy or guy-like -- then you'll probably enjoy it about as much as I did. The company was good though.

This was my 2nd time surviving Quilters. I saw it when it ran last some 7-10 years ago. The memory of boredom from that experience was still stuck in my memory. This repeat certainly didn't disappoint.
