Autumn - Australian Style

The concept of autumn here in sub- tropical Queensland is not quite the same as in northern Europe or the USA. There's no big show where the many shades of autumn develop thtoughout the countryside - BUT - a few trees do perform. There are quite a number of these Liquidambar trees in Maleny town centre and adorning its parks. This one's putting on a colourful show - and I like its seed pods too.
