Birthday

For my birthday I said that I didn't want a party, but  would like  to be with my family, having a picnic, with Champagne, up a mountain somewhere beautiful oh and I'd quite like a challenge.

Well hats off to LooseCanon, he has ticked all the boxes today. We've been Via Ferrata ing ! Yes in England! At Honister slate mine in the Lake District. It was Fantastic. I don't know how L/C  did it because he really doesn't do heights.  I loved it. Then we met up with our three children at the top of Fleetwith Pike.
