Gloxinia

Well I am now back to normality - what ever that is.

The day was taken up by chasing paperwork left over from the conference, so no chance of getting out and taking exciting scenery etc. Before Christmas CC bought a Gloxinia and when we got it home from the garden centre we had managed to snap off a leaf. Not being one to miss an opportunity I used it as a cutting.

Before I went away the new little plant was producing buds and by the time I returned the buds had opened. So today's blip has to be one of the flowers.
