Meditation for Cats

I can see this may become a bit of a theme over the coming weeks, now she has so firmly adopted us. And I can't go on using 'she', so I shall call her Sooty. Sooty seems very much at home now and sits outside the kitchen door or pushes at it to try and get in if it's closed. Today she was very happy to sit on the bench on the decking and doze for a bit, looking quite contemplative - is there anything more peaceful than a resting cat? I shall buy some biscuits and other cat food tomorrow, as she seems quite hungry when she calls round.
