In other news, I listened to a programme on R4 last week about standing up at work being better for you than sitting down all day, and after finding out that standing workstations are priced upwards of £300 (and the rest), B has kindly made me one for the cost of about a fiver and a couple of choc-ices. I've been aware that I sit down for far too much of the day, so I'm going to see how I get on.
