Balls of colour

It's a grey, dark uninspiring day today so I've just tried to do something arty with one of my necklaces. I liked the colours.

I have news on my lifeless telly.....It has experienced something of a resurrection. At the beginning of January my t.v. started to struggle to find channels and the pictures broke up continuously. I put this down to the excesses of Christmas and thought I would give it some time to rest and recuperate. Well...it worked! Sort of. I tried it over the weekend and it nearly worked. Last night it lost BBC1 and 2 and today it appears to be fine. Perhaps it works at its best from 10am - 2pm (as many of us do). Anyway, it's good that it's nearly working. I'm going to give a few more days and then see how it's doing.

You may think this method of sorting out mechanical faults is doomed to failure but I have also achieved great success with my car back windscreen wipers which stopped working for 6 months. I gave them a rest and now they work beautifully. No problems at all. Feel free to ask me for advice on any other electrical items (except fridge/freezers...they just seem to die).

P.S. Sister FP has just reminded me that my DVD player stop working for months too and now works...Surely that's scientific proof of my mechanical genius?
