Haven't ventured out today, it's felt like a day for hibernating, thinking and writing.

I bought this a few years ago having met the potter who made it - Helen Martino.

I look at it and remember the kindness of people who take time to listen, take time to talk, take time to be in each other's company, share a journey, no matter what or where.
