Colour

charts are not to be trusted. For the first time, I went with the colour chart and didn't try a tester pot. Bad decision, do not repeat.

Made my third trip to the dentist in three weeks. My teeth are falling apart. I have more filling than teeth but at least I can say they're my gnashers. Long may they last!

Off for a 'soft supper' as recommended by the very dishy dentist. I'll start (and maybe finish) with some mulled wine. Just the thing to warm a very, very cold day.
