We are sailing

This is lazy dancing! The band played before and after the meal and between courses. The Sunday meals at the Casino are very popular and there are some good dancers who take to the floor. I am not one them! I have been known to get out of my seat but usually only at weddings late in the evening! The set meal was good considering there must have been over a hundred covers; warm goat cheese salad, magret de canard followed by a cream gateau and coffee to finish. Earlier, the Easter service, the first in the restored church for 60 years, went very well. Around 50 attended. The organ was played at the end of the service to demonstrate its tone and power. It made a beautiful sound. However, there is still quite a bit of work to do.
