The sky looked amazing at times today, and these big buggers kept passing over and zapping everything with lightning, and thundering so loud the cows were stampeding.
We had a power cut which made the central heating timer go haywire.
Spent the day getting ready for tomorrow - MY BIRTHDAY!
Liz ( who is not well) and I are driving up to the Cluanie Inn for a few nights in the hope that we will have one good day in order to walk the South Glen Shiel Ridge.
Weather and fitness wise, it is not looking too promising, but the hotel does have an extensive range of Malt Whiskies. I am not too dependant, but it is called The Water of Life for a reason.
