Pam's Apple and Almond Tart

Made this for dinner over at Mum's tonight. I cannot find the recipe on the www! That's got to be a first? Mum - where did you get it, you gave me a hard copy. Its a Pams/New World/ Pak 'n Save one. This is fairly similar.

Anyway it was delish. As was the meal we had - thanks Mum!
