An Autumn Easter

Now, on the other side of the planet from here it is of course, Springtime.

Here in Queensland it is Autumn - so it was interesting that these two Crested Pigeons (Ocyphaps lophotes) were billing and cooing and chasing each other about, behaving in a Springlike fashion!

Fun and games was had by all this morning with an Easter Egg hunt and a mid-morning snack feast of hot cross buns croissants, strawberries, melon and red grapes. (Not to mention CHOCOLATE).
