Tulips

We went up to Skagit county to traipse around the tulip fields. Thankfully the rain more or less quit and the ground was not too awful bad. I did forget my boots, but the tennis shoes help up rather well. It was raining quite a bit when we went through Mt. Vernon. ( love that spring weather!!) We enjoyed the colors even though the weather wasn't that great. Last week would have been a lot better, but we went down to my Uncle's house to see my cousin and his family.

After the tulips we stopped at Pasek Winery tasting room and bought a bottle of Cranberry wine and one of Raspberry. Both were quite good. They also had pineapple and a blueberry. Maybe next year!!
