Fisherman

I went down to the public docks to take a few pics after my trip to the lumber store. The sun was out for the time being , so thought I should take advantage of the weather.

I hadn't noticed this statue of the Fisherman hauling in his catch before. I thought this would make a pretty good blip, so took a few pics and liked this one the best.

There are quite a few fishermen from here that go up to Dutch harbor to fish on a regular basis. there are a couple of the boats that are on " Deadliest catch" I think on Discovery channel. Of course being on the Sound, we have lost our share of fishermen. God bless those who go out on a daily basis and keep them safe.
