A celebration of all things fiber!

Dear Diary,

Spent a pleasant hour this afternoon at the annual Sheepfest in Denmark, Maine. Spinners, weavers, and knitters all gathering to celebrate the beauty of the handmade. A woman was spinning off her french angora bunny who sat placidly on her lap as she plucked away. Visiting local festivals is a favorite pastime for me...photographing hands at work a favorite theme.
