Birthday boy

Big Stan (on left) was 8 years old today! Hooray! He is 51 years and 366 days younger than M, and they are great pals.
He ignored everyone, apart from his wee chums, to play with his Wii all evening.

Sorry I haven't been commenting much since yesterday; last night we were sitting watching a DVD when I bit into a mouthful of crisps and I felt something give. My upper right first molar (which I've had since I was 6 years old) split almost entirely in half, and the lingual part came away. This morning I went straight up to the dentist's and convinced them that I was still a legitimate patient. Got a temporary filling, but need another two appointments to put it all right. I almost blipped the broken tooth; but thought better of it.
Aren't you relieved?
I doubt if I will have time to comment much tomorrow, either, as I will be spending the day celebrating M's birthday........
