Do you know your blossoms?

I've been bit lethargic today. It's been quite cool and dull, which hasn't helped.
Here's a teaser. I wonder if anyone can ID this blossom.It's a plant that I've owned for about 12 years and one of the few that accompanied us to the new house To the best of my recollection, it's never flowered before, but it has had buds on it for a while and over the last few days they have burst to reveal these clusters of tiny buttermilk-coloured flowers.
