There is nothing...

better than running free on a warm, sunny beach!

Woof! Today Bluebellsea and Mr K took me to Denmark for a day trip to celebrate their wedding anniversary! We went to a beach there on the Baltic Sea and I had a great run around, then driving back down through Germany, Mr K took us the scenic route to another beach where I was the only dog there! I could run and play to my heart's content and I did... Well, there was one other dog, a West Highland Terrier, and though she was beautiful, she was busy being sick and didn't even bark 'good afternoon'! Too much chewing of grass I think - yes, I've been there...

Now we're home and there's fresh chicken breast boiling on the hob for me, and Mr K is making fried chicken breast, asparagus, roast potatoes, roast tomatoes, and hollandaise sauce for them. It seems a bit unequal to me, but he says it's to do with the fact that they are humans. What? Listen up - I can't vouch for asparagus but dogs LOVE roast potatoes... and don't get me started on the smell of hollandaise sauce! Still, boiled chicken is not something to turn up your nose at! I'll count my blessings now - and BEG later!
