Baa, Baa, Beauty...

We have had a brilliant day out today! It's our eleventh wedding anniversary and we went on an outing to the beautiful city of Flensburg - near the Danish border - via a couple of beaches on the Baltic Sea! Alfred had a lovely time running free on a deserted dog beach, where there was a huge red lighthouse. Then we visited a beautiful palace in Glucksberg situated on the edge of a big lake, where we saw a swan sitting on a huge nest amongst the reeds. We had lunch in Flensburg which has some lovely old, ornate buildings and a big harbour full of colour. Of the hundreds of photos I took though, this is my favourite. It was taken on the path to Alfred's dog beach. As you can see, this beautiful lamb is very well fed by its mother!
