Puffins
Up at Herma Ness, we spent a day shooting puffins. Stephen's gear is marginally better than most cameras I've seen - a Canon 1D Mark II. Frightening piece of machinery and his pics are superb. Doesn't have his website up and running yet, but he's already got finalist placings in the BBC Wildlife phtographer of the year comp under his belt.
This was my best effort - a little crowd of the comic auks, with the stacks of Herma Ness (just round from Muckle Flugga, the northernmost spot in the British isles) in the distance. The lighthouse is just visible, top right.
