Brave the Stormy Sea

The weather is absolutely appalling today, so of course I just had to go out in it!

This is Patiti Point, where a cyclist gets rather close to the waves. What a cyclist was doing out in this weather is anyone's guess. Anyway, he had to turn back, as the Salt Water creek had been opened up, to prevent flooding, which created a fast-flowing river to the sea.

It's a perfect day for eating Easter eggs by the fire.
