St Patrick's Peace Flower Garden

I have wanted to photograph these spring flowers all week and finally walked a little detour through the park today to see them up close. The colours are so cheerful and pretty you wonder did winter even happen just a few months ago?

The day at work was a long one due to our Star Wars cast meeting in the evening after my shift had finished. However as a bonus Sara-Marie made me some peanut butter cookies because she felt I didn't get to fully appreciate the bake sale at the weekend as most of the treats contained chocolate! They were delicious, I must ask for the recipe.

The meeting was fun though, and Simon did a great job hosting and leading it as our in-store Jedi knight. I feel a bit more confidence now in talking about our brand new franchise and hopefully this will grow as I get used to our products and characters. Even better, on Monday nigh Ciara and I are going to Ali's after work to watch the first Star Wars movie which should be really fun.

After the meeting ended Ali and I went to McDonald's and I had my first Happy Meal in years!

Today I am grateful for the cast members all working together and helping each other out with new knowledge in readiness for our Star Wars product release tomorrow.
