Sprucing up

As you can see, a desperation blip. The decorator is coming tomorrow to paint the bathroom. He's already put lining paper on the one wall that isn't tiled. So I thought I'd do a 'before and after' blip. Yawn. Then I thought, 'Helen, don't take 10000 pictures, CLEAR THE BATHROOM, HE'S COMING AT 8am!!'

Trying to spruce me up a bit too.

What to wear, what to wear? I have nothing to wear. Never mind that there are clothes in the wardrobe. I definitely have nothing to wear.

Do you do this too in the belief that first impressions are SO important? Not that I want to impress, simply to say, 'This is me.'

OK, must clear bathroom, find outfit, feed lodgers (they will be blipped), fill dishwasher, tidy kitchen etc etc.

Is it me or is it getting very cold? No snow yet please, have to get to first proper appointment with new doctor tomorrow - four bus journeys required to get me there and back. Gulp.
