Feeling blue,
maybe I should get one of these.
Fed up with NHS managers who won't dain to speak to patients. I don't want to make a formal complaint (as PALS suggested), I just want them to appreciate the impact of their cuts. No one phoned back even though they said they would.
Insult added to injury today by the Trust's magazine featuring an article 'celebrating' the launch of a new service, with the mangemant dressed in stupid T shirts and cutting a big cake. This is the service that's led to people being 'repositioned', including my clinician.
There's no mention of the years of service she gave as a clinician, it's as though all her years of clinical work and all the people she's treated never existed.
And the strap line of this Trust: 'Positive' and of course 'patient centred', 'patient choice', 'respect for patients needs' etc, etc, ad nauseum.
