San Pietro panorama

Mrs Smith's birthday today so there were cards and a fortifying espresso before braving the queue to have a peek in the Pope's place. The queue was long but quick moving and gave Eve time to grab this panorama with my camera phone. Later there was a long lunch full of laughs as we watched the hailstones hammer down from the safety of the restaurant.
