The Elephant Ride

The one thing which Ethan has been desperate to do since we came to Thailand is have a ride on an elephant. So, today we did!

Along with hubbie, Ethan and I, my cousin Nicky came to with her boyfriend Nick and her sons Ben & Sam. It was good to see some of the Thai countryside on our way there. Once we arrived, I think Ethan was a bit taken aback by the size of the elephants and was rather wary of them. However he soon came round and loved the experience. He also got to feed them bananas, which he thought was fun!

The bus driver then took us to a waterfall which we'd been told we could swim up to. However as it's currently the dry season, it wasn't very impressive, so we didn't bother!
