The coot chicks have hatched!

Today the coot chicks on Whittington Castle moat hatched out. (The parent was blipped on the nest on Saturday). There are five chicks altogether, only two seemed keen to leave the safety of the nest and they are the ones that recived most of the food. The parents are most attentive and are continually diving to keep them well fed.
This chick has a beakful of something that it's parent has just given it.
