Middle Age Man In Lycra - not what you need to see before you eat!

It's been an age since I last Blipped - turns out that moving house is slightly more time consuming/stressful/exhausting than I thought It'd be. And now I'm homeless: well, until the end of May when I get my new place. Until then I'll be floating about in a number of addresses. Today I'm in York.
