Half calm. Well, of the four photos I took of him, he was only leaping up to try to eat the camera in two of them.

Another day in the garage with further improvement in the dovetails, although we're still a long way from good. I'm at least on the cusp blaming the plywood that I've been using to make my wee drawers. It breaks up too easily which is a bit of a problem when you're bashing it with a chisel.

Then moved on to the serious business of the day - a surround for the hearth in the sitting room, which is made a wee bit complicated by needing a wee channel inside it for ethernet, HDMI and component cables to run through. And minimal fixings so that the cables can be retrieved if necessary. Lots of testing, which means many walks between garage and house, much swearing and muttering but no injuries so all good.
