Go Mo....

Despite four very painful London Marathons I am very much in love with the event and to see the runners, crowds and Mo Farah this morning was very very good. Usually I'm the one plugging away on the streets of London so was nice to see the elites, the terrific club runners and all those men & women digging in each with a story to tell. The noise that was generated when Mo came flying by at 21 miles was something to behold. It's at this point where those at 13 miles are on the other side of the road going out to Docklands and every single one of the hundreds of runners all forgot the pain and cheered on the Olympic champion. Altogether they did the Mobot...brilliant. Plans and training to beat last years PB start in a month - roll on the VLM 2015 and all the pain & tears.
