Cartwheels

Another lazy day dawned with the sounds of heavy rain and gusty winds. I wandered out with the dogs, then back home to help HV with potting up some sunflower seedlings.
A huge breakfast followed and then a dash to town to pick up a chest freezer that was going for a song - it will live in the garage and be used for dog food and bones.
The afternoon walk was a bit of a chore - strong winds and heavy rain making it unpleasant. But we went a slightly different route and it meant I saw these old iron cart wheels stacked on top of each other. I liked the shape, shame that it was so wet and horrible that I only took one shot! I must do it better next time.
Home again and a visit from the delightful Emmy passed the time before dinner and made us all smile. So good to see Emmy being really positive and upbeat. :)
