A taste of summer…

Glorious weather and a lovely long lunch by the sea followed by a sunset stroll along a pretty beach… can life really get much better?

(Before anyone gets too jealous, what followed was a return home to a front door that refused to budge and a call-out to a locksmith after midnight in order to gain access and to release the upset and starving cat that must have snuck in as I was leaving twelve hours earlier… The warm, fuzzy glow of the day disappeared like dew on a summer’s morning…)
