Rimulose

Word no.21, Rimulose, having small chinks or fissures.

You're looking at my garden wall. It dates back to the late 1700s, and it definitely qualifies as having small chinks and fissures... lots and lots of them. "Small" is, of course, relative. In relation to the size and length of the wall, they're small!

The sparrows in particular love this rimulosity (is that a word? if not, it ought to be) and take full advantage of it for feeding, resting, and breeding.
