We've had a lovely leisurely day today. She didn't wake up until about 8.30 after yesterday's late and exciting night. Which made the 8.38 train to ballet a little impossible. We had fun just pottering at home instead. She wanted to wear her new playsuit again! I had a session early afternoon so she played very happily in her room. I took my wee client up to see her at the end of the session before they said goodbye - Katie loves this particular little one.

We pottered a bit longer when they'd gone to kill time before the bus to town. However, as we waited at the bus stop, a nice gentleman from our church drove past and offered us a lift instead. As we were driving past, we saw some friends of ours, their boy is one of Katie's best friends at nursery. She asked to try find them when we got out the car. We managed it quite quickly and agreed to all go for coffee once we'd each done our few little jobs. Katie and Thomas were very hyper. Good, but hyper. It was a nice impromptu get together. It will probably happen a bit more over the coming weeks as Thomas' dad works weekends during the season.

They dropped us home, where we've snuggled up for a disney-fest.
