Honeysuckle
Lonicera periclymenum. Honeysuckle is twining through the hedgerow on both sides of the lane and is bursting into leaf. The stems can grow to over 7 metres and twists clockwise as it climbs.
There is a tradition of putting a spray of honeysuckle under your pillow to guarantee pleasant dreams... It is used today in aromatherapy pillows.
